45钢表面激光熔覆铁基和镍基合金涂层的比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用激光熔覆工艺45钢表面分别制备铁基和镍基合金涂层,利用扫描电镜、硬度计等分析了熔覆层的显微组织和硬度指标。结果表明:在相同的激光功率及送粉量的条件下,得到的镍基合金熔覆层的厚度远远高于铁基;铁基合金熔覆层中呈现明显的树枝晶形貌,镍基合金熔覆层中存在胞状晶形貌,并存在较多的裂纹缺陷。镍基合金涂层的硬度较高。 Fe60 and Ni60 alloy powders were laser cladded on 45 steel surface separately.The microstructure and hardness of cladding layer were analyzed by SEM and hardness tester.The results show:under the similar laser power and powder quantity,the thickness of Ni60 cladding layer is much larger than that of Fe60.Microstructure of Fe60 cladding zone consists of dendritic morphology,while microstructure of Ni60 cladding zone consists of cellular morphology.There are more crack defects in Ni60 cladding layer.The hardness of Ni60 layer is higher than that of Fe60,while both of them are all higher than 45 steel substrate.
