摘要
运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜与能谱分析的方法研究了不同Ca含量对Mg-Al-Zn系镁合金的铸态与固溶时效态的显微组织的影响。结果表明,添加Ca元素后,合金中出现了Al4Ca相,经固溶时效处理后均匀弥散分布在基体中,Ca元素对固溶时效合金具有良好的晶粒细化效果。
The effects of different Ca contents on the microstructure of Mg-Al-Zn magnesium alloy as-cast and solid-solution and aging were studied by OM,SEM and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that,after adding Ca element,the Al4 Ca phase appears in the alloy,and uniformly distributes in the matrix after solution and aging treatment.Ca element has a good grain refining effect on solid solution alloy.
