分期综合治疗成年腰椎间盘突出症816例分析

Analysis of Stage Comprehensive Treatment on Lumbar Disc Herniation of 816 Cases

目的:分析分期综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果、治疗机理。方法:816例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据症状、体征分期,急性期采用静脉滴注、椎管内注射等方法消肿止痛,手法松筋止痛;缓解期中药活血通络,以三维牵引和调整手法正骨理筋止痛;康复期手法舒筋通络止痛止痹,功能训练以增强腰椎稳定性。结果:816例患者中治愈179例,好转561例,未愈76例,治愈率21.94%,总有效率90.69%.结论:分期综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有针对性强、见效快、治愈率高的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the curative effect and analyses therapeutic mechanism of stage comprehensive therapy on lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods：All 816 cases with LDH were treated based on different stages.During acute inflammation stage,the intravenous drip of mannitol plus intraspinal anti-inflammatory dehydration and with relax manual therapy were used.During remission stage,the three-dimensional lumbar traction,adjust manipulation,and promoting qi to activate blood medicine methods were used.During rehabilitation stage,the mannual therapy and abdominal muscle exercise were used to enhance the stability of the lumbar spine.Results：179cases were cured,561 cases were improved,and 76 cases were unhealed.The cure rate was 21.94%,and the total efficiency was 90.69%.Conclusion：Stage comprehensive therapy for LDH with advantages of strong pertinence,quick effect,high cure rate,is worthy of clinical application.
