摘要
目的:探讨苍耳草的安全性及其抗炎作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:给小鼠灌服不同浓度苍耳草水煎液,测定小鼠灌胃最大耐受量(MTD);采用二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,设置正常模型对照组、阳性对照地塞米松组、苍耳草水煎液高、中、低3个剂量组分别为0.15 g/m L、0.075 g/m L、0.0375 g/m L,考察苍耳草的抗炎作用。结果:雄鼠灌胃MTD为160g/kg,其最大耐受倍数为人用量的1067倍;雌鼠灌胃MTD为64 g/kg,其最大耐受倍数为人用量的426倍。苍耳草水煎液高、中剂量组能有效抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论:苍耳草的急性毒性很低;浓度为0.15 g/m L、0.075 g/m L的苍耳草水煎液有明显的抗炎作用。
Objective: To obserrve security and anti-inflammatory action of Herba Xanthii for providing theory basis for clinical application. Methods: Different concentration of solutions of Herba Xanthii was given to the experimental mice, then the maximum tolerant dose (MTD) ; The mouse auricular swelling induced type by 2, 4-DNP was adopted, and assigned to fivegroups: control group, the positive control group, the high dosage Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder group, the middle dosage Xanthium sibiricum group and the low dosage Xanthium sibiricum group were 0. 15 g/mL, 0. 075 g/mL, 0. 0375 g/mL, to study for the inflammation of Herba Xanthii. Results: The male' s MTD was 160 g/kg, which was 1067 times to a man' s usage. The female' s MTD was 64 g/kg, which was 426 times to a man's usage. The experiment showed no effect on increasing the mice pain threshold of hot-plate test. Conclusion : Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder is of low toxicity, and the dosage of 0. 15 g/mL, 0. 075 g/mL have evidence anti-inflammatory effect.
