解郁丸联合天王补心丹对围绝经期职业女性失眠及抑郁的影响

Effect of Jie-Yu Pill Combined with Tian-Wang-Bu-Xin-Dan on Perimenopausal Occupation Female Insomnia and Depression

目的:对解郁丸及天王补心丹在围绝经期职业女性失眠及抑郁患者的临床价值进行分析。方法:随机将70例围绝经期职业女性失眠及抑郁患者随机分为对照组及观察组两组,每组35例。以接受解郁丸治疗者为对照组,以接受联合解郁丸及天王补心丹治疗为观察组,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:2组治疗前HAMD评分、CES-D评分及SPIEGEL睡眠评分比较,均未见统计学意义(P>0.05),接受治疗4 w后,两组患者以上指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且均以观察组改善明显(P<0.05),且均以观察组改善明显(P<0.05)。同时观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解郁丸联合天王补心丹对于围绝经期职业女性失眠及抑郁患者的临床治疗效果显著。

Objective： To summarize the clinical value of perimenopausal insomnia and depression of occupation women combined application of Jieyu pill and Tianwang Buxin Dan treatment. Methods： Totally 70 patients with insomnia and depressive symptoms in perimenopansal occupation female patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of two groups, 35 cases in each group, the control group was given Jieyu pill treatment, observation group were given combined Jieyu pill and Tianwang Buxin Dan treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results： The HAMD score, CES-D score and SPIEGEL score were compared between the two groups of sleep before treatment, there was no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）, after 4 weeks of treatment, two groups of patients with the above indexes were significantly improved after treatment （P 〈 0. 05）, and to observe the group improved significantly （P 〈 O. 05）, and to observe the group improved significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ） . At the same time, the total efficiency of treatment was better than the control group, the observation group （P 〈 0. 05）, and the two groups during the treatment which is produced because of drug side effects of drugs. Conclusion： The combination of Jieyu pill and Tianwang Buxin Dan significantly improve perimenopausal occupation female insomnia and depression treatment effect.
