大黄附子汤出自《金匮要略》,意在温下、通阳、散结。李可中医药学术思想国家传承基地主任吕英教授在此方基础上作了变通加味,合用麻黄附子细辛汤、四逆汤、吴茱萸汤,针对泌尿系疾病下焦寒湿热胶结,三焦不通,阳气虚损的病机,应用此方治疗泌尿系结石、慢性肾炎、急性肾衰竭,屡取捷效。

Professor Lv Ying, the chief of Inheritance and Development Base of Li Ke＇s Traditional Chinese Medicine National Academic School, has made many changes on this prescription that merging Ephedra Asarum Herb Aconite Decoction, Decoction for Treating Yang Exhaustion and Wu-zhu-yu Decoction.
