目的:探讨跷脉理论在临床应用中的研究进展。方法:检索关于跷脉临床应用的实验研究及临床应用文献并进行归纳小结。结果:文献对比了临床治疗中跷脉与其他疗法的效果,确定了跷脉的治疗优势,肯定了跷脉的临床疗效。结论:跷脉在失眠,头面部疾病,中风后遗症等方面临床疗效显著。

Objective： discussed the research development of Qiao meridian＇s clinical application. Methods： retrieval about Qiao meridian clinical application, summarized the experimental study and clinical application of literature and summary. Results： compared the clinical curative effect between Qiao meridian and other methods, determine its therapeutic advantage and its clinical efficacy. Conclusion： Qiao meridian＇s clinical curative effect is distinct in insomnia, Head facial disease, sequela of apoplexy and so on.
