软土地区大直径盾构下穿建筑物注浆方案优化 被引量:7

Grouting Scheme Optimization of Large Diameter Shield Tunneling Undercrossing the Building in the Soft Area

摘要 依托京津城际延伸线天津至于家堡工程解放路隧道盾构区间下穿东顺旅馆施工,采用三维有限差分软件FLAC3D对盾构下穿建筑物进行数值模拟,结合现场监测数据,分析建筑物注浆加固效果.为了确保盾构安全下穿建筑物,提出3种不同的加固方案,并采用FLAC3D进行数值模拟分析.研究结果表明:优化后的注浆方案可以保证盾构安全下穿建筑物. Relying on Beijing Tianjin Intercity line extension project, using the three dimensional finite difference software FLAC^3Dto carry on numerical simulation of shield through building, combined with field monitoring data, the grouting reinforcement effect of buildings is analysed. In order to ensure the shield crossing beneath the building safely, three kinds of different reinforcement scheme are put forward, and FLAC^3D is used to do numerical simulation analysis. The research results show that the grouting scheme after optimization can ensure safe shield tunneling undercrossing the buildings.
