经济型SMA沥青混合料级配优化与路用性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 对石灰岩集料的经济型SMA沥青混合料开展矿料级配优化工作,首先根据逐级填充理论和粒子干涉理论确定粗集料最佳组成,以等体积替代方法试验得出细集料各含量最佳组成;然后通过分析粗、细集料含量与路用性能的关系,确定经济型SMA沥青混合料的最佳矿料级配;最后对经济型SMA路用性能与不同集料、级配混合料做了对比分析。结果表明:石灰岩集料级配优化后的经济型SMA混合料的高温性能与玄武岩集料SMA沥青混合料相当,低温性能与水稳定性优于玄武岩集料SMA沥青混合料。 During optimization of the mineral aggregate gradation for economic limestone aggregate SMA asphalt, the optimal coarse aggregate composition is fist determined by step-by-step filling theory, theory of particle interference, the optimal fine aggregate composition is determined by testing in theory of equal volume replacement; the optimal mineral aggregate gradation is determined for the economic SMA asphalt mixture by analyzing relationship between the content of coarse and fine aggregate and pavement performance, and finally the economic SMA is compared with different aggregate and graded mixtures in pavement. The results show the economic limestone aggregate SMA mixture has similar high temperature performance with basalt aggregate SMA asphalt mixture and high low temperature performance and water stability than the basalt aggregate SMA asphalt mixture after gradation optimization.
