高职院校青年教师思想政治教育方法研究——以荆州市高职院校青年教师为例

Research of Young Teachers' Ideological & Political Education Methods in the Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Young Teacher in Jingzhou Vocational Colleges

青年教师是互联网与职业教育发展的希望。在移动互联网时代,青年教师思想政治教育面临巨大挑战。以荆州市高职院校青年教师为例,文章分析了市州高职青年教师所面临的区位优势不明显,生源压力大以及由此导致的在招生、人才培养、社会服务等方面多重挤压,提出了各级党组织改善思想政治教育方法,增强党组织对青年教师的吸引力,做好教育与动员机制的建立,切实提高高职院校人才培养质量等对策建议。

Young teachers are the key of the development of internet and vocational education. In the era of mobile internet, the ideological and political education faces huge challenges. Taking young teachers in the Jingzhou city as an example, the paper indicates that regional advantages of those teachers are not obvious. Meanwhile, these teachers also take the multiple pressures, like enrollment pressure, training task, social service and so on. Considering those practical problems, the paper proposes the specific advice and some effective solutions, such as improving the ideological and political education by the party organization at all levels, enhancing organizations attractions for the young teachers, setting up a motivation system, and upgrading the quality of talent cultivation.
