高职院校顶岗实习特点及管理措施的分析

本文从顶岗实习管理工作经验出发,结合当前高职院校顶岗实习的实际开展情况,详细分析了高职院校顶岗实习的特点。文章提出了相应的管理措施,包括引导式管理、跟踪式管理和联动式管理,探讨建立一个完善的多方协作的实习管理模式,以促进高职院校顶岗实习的发展。

Based on the author＇s working experience in management of intemship, the paper is focused on the current internship condition, and analyzes the characteristics of intemship in vocational colleges. According to these characteristics, some measures to deal with the management are proposed, which include guiding, tracking and interlocked management mode. The paper puts forward a internship management mode based on perfect collaborative practice, so as to promote the development of internship management in vocational colleges.
