摘要
研发了一种陶瓷基材用氟碳铝粉涂料,包括底漆、面漆和清漆,其中:底漆由以下质量分数的原料制成:PVDF氟碳树脂10%~20%,丙烯酸树脂7%~10%,填料15%~20%,溶剂45%~55%,助剂3%~5%;面漆由以下质量分数的原料制成:PVDF氟碳树脂20%~25%,丙烯酸树脂10%~15%,颜料5%~15%,铝粉3%~5%,溶剂50~60%;清漆由以下质量分数的原料制成:PVDF氟碳树脂30%~40%、丙烯酸树脂10%~20%、溶剂50%~60%。其能在陶瓷基材上形成高耐候性金属效果涂层,丰富陶瓷表面装饰效果,还可降低陶瓷釉面烧制能耗。
A ceramic substrate with fluorocarbon aluminium powder coating was developed, which including primer, topcoat and varnish. The primer was prepared by PVDF fluorocarbon resin(10%~20%), acrylic resin(7% ~ 10%), pigment(15% ~ 20%), solvent(45% ~ 55%) and additive(3% ~ 5%). The topcoat was prepared by PVDF fluorocarbon resin(20% ~ 25%), acrylic resin(10% ~ 15%), pigment(5% ~ 15%), aluminium(3% ~ 5%)and solvent(50% ~ 60%). The vanish was prepared by PVDF fluorocarbon resin(30% ~ 40%), acrylic resin(10% ~ 20%) and solvent(50% ~ 60%). It can form high weather ability metal effect on ceramic substrate coating, rich ceramic surface adornment effect; can reduce energy consumption of ceramic glaze firing.
