电泳槽玻璃钢施工的过程控制

摘要 介绍了某长安汽车公司360 m2车身电泳槽玻璃钢的施工过程控制,从工艺上对玻璃钢的施工进行规范,对重点、难点施工部位制定了详细的工艺要求,施工完成后对玻璃钢进行耐溶剂和100%耐20 k V击穿电压试验,试验一次合格率达到98%。 Construction control of FRP linking for electrophoresis tank of 360 m2 bodies in Chang'an Automobile Co., Ltd. was introduced. The construction of FRP was regulated from process. For major and difficult construction site, a technical requirement was drafted in detail. After construction, FRP was tested by solvent-resistant and 100% breakdown voltage of 20 kV test, and a passing rate was 98%.
