针对前泳线各参数控制的复杂性,应用SPC质量管理工具进行过程控制,通过对应用前后前泳质量的稳定性、经济成本进行分析,阐明了SPC在前泳线应用的重要性。

Aiming at the complexity of each parameter control on pre-electrophoresis line, SPC quality management tools were applied for process control. Though analyzing the stability of pre-electrophoresis quality and economic costs, the significance of SPC on pre-electrophoresis applied was clarified.
