Development of Air-Drying Water-Based Alkyd Coating

经比较、筛选及优化试验,气干型水性醇酸涂料用基料为HD-CS001水性醇酸树脂;底漆用颜填料为含耐蚀磷酸盐的复配颜填料PF;面漆用颜填料为复配颜填料Y、T及TB;涂料用助剂为含18.2%的复合催化剂的复配助剂4912。气干型水性醇酸涂料的底漆及面漆既能单独使用,也能配套使用,已取得满意的试用效果。

By comparison, selection and optimization test, air-drying water-based alkyd coating was prepared by HD-CS001 waterborne alkyd resin as the binder. The fillers of primer were prepared by complex fillers PF with corrosion phosphate, the fillers of topcoat were prepared by complex fillers Y, T and TB. The additives were the complex additives 4912 with18.2% of composite catalyst. The results showed that the primer and topcoat not only could be used alone, but also could be used for matching. It was had achieved satisfactory effect.
