复合TDI/IPDI型聚氨酯预聚体的制备与贮存稳定性

摘要 以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB),复合TDI/IPDI为原材料合成预聚物,采用自制的改性胺类固化剂,制成了聚氨酯弹性体。研究了复合TDI/IPDI的配比对制品性能的影响,考察了不同贮存时间对预聚物的外观、NCO%的变化影响和对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,当TDI/IPDI=60/40时聚氨酯预聚物既有良好的贮存稳定性,又保持了弹性体优良的综合力学性能。 Based on hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) and composite TDI/IPDI, PU elastomer was prepared by using homemade modified amine curing agent. The influence of TDI/IPDI matching on performance was studied, the influence of different storage time on the appearance of the prepolymer, NCO%change and the mechanical properties of PU elastomer were investigated. The results showed that when TDI/IPDI =60/40, PU prepolymer not only had good storage stability, but also kept the elastomer excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
