摘要
运用系统哲学的研究方法,总结工程项目管理面临的新形势,分析我国工程项目管理在与国际工程项目接轨、技术与经济协调以及思维范式、管理模式等方面存在的主要问题,并从工程管理思维范式改进、模式创新、战术优化以及文化软实力提升多个方面提出改进工程项目管理,提升项目团队建设的建议。
This paper using the research technique of systematic philosophy,summarizes the new situation of engineering project management,analyzes the principal problems of existing in China＇s engineering project management in terms of being in line with international engineering projects,technical and economic coordination as well as thinking models and management modes,etc,and proposes effective proposals for improving engineering project management and project team construction in terms of improvement in thinking model for engineering management,mode innovation,tactic optimization and promotion of cultural soft power.
