摘要
绿色建筑的增量成本主要包括技术增量成本、咨询成本、专家认证成本、运营维护成本、拆除报废成本;造成绿色建筑增量成本差异的主要因素是绿色建筑技术、区域建筑节能标准、区域绿色建筑补贴。然后分析三个因素对增量成本的影响,并根据2014新版中国绿色建筑标准对绿色建筑增量成本的变化趋势进行预测。
The green buildings incremental cost mainly includes the technology incremental cost,consulting cost,certification cost,operation cost and the scrap cost. Then,analyzes the main influence factors causing the incremental cost difference of green buildings,including green buildings technology,regional building energy-saving standard and subsidies. Last,analyzes the influence of three factors on the incremental cost,predicts the incremental cost of green buildings according to the new issued 2014 Chinese green building standard.
