热应力下组合球壳的力学分析及数值模拟

摘要 基于热弹性力学和热传导理论,对热应力作用下的两种不同弹性材料组成的复合圆球壳进行了力学分析。推导出组合球壳在变温场作用下的应力和位移的解析表达式,利用Matlab软件进行数值模拟,给出了径向应力、环向应力和位移随半径的变化曲线,研究了外界温度场、组合球体的几何参数以及材料参数等随内外球体半径变化的规律。 According to the thermal elastic mechanics and heat conduction theory, a composite spherical shell composed by two elastic materials, was carried on mechanical analysis under the thermal stress. The analytical expressions of stresses and displacements in a composite spherical shell under the case of outside temperature field were firstly deduced, and numerical simulation was carried out by using the Matlab software. The curves of radial stress, hoop stress, and displacement increasing with the radius, were obtained, and the influences of external temperature, the geometric, and material parameters in a composite sphere on the sphere radius, were also discussed.
