摘要
人民群众对检察工作满意度是一个抽象概念,文章尝试对其测评方法的构建进行初步探讨,具体思路是:将人民群众满意度分解为工作对象满意度、人大代表满意度、人民监督员满意度以及其他社会公众满意度四种分层指标,并将各分层指标细化为若干具体指标以构建测评指标体系,其后赋予各指标不同权重并构造测评计算方法。
The satisfaction of the people towards procuratorate work is a rather abstract concept, the evaluation method of which is discussed in this article. The satisfaction is divided into the four sectors including the satisfaction of the objects of the work, members of People＇s Congress, supervisors and social public. Each sector is evaluated by several specific indicators which then compose an evaluation system. Finally, weighting factors are decided.
