上海城市休闲化协调发展研究

On the Coordinated Development of Urban Recreationalization in Shanghai

城市休闲化是后工业化时代城市发展的一种形态,其水平高低是城市内部与休闲相关的各要素协调发展的结果。通过构建城市休闲化协调发展评价指标体系和模型,分析上海1978—2013年的城市休闲化协调发展过程及其特征,结果发现:第一,改革开放30多年的发展过程中,上海城市休闲化经历了从低协调到较高协调的四个发展阶段;第二,休闲相关产业和居民休闲消费是促进城市休闲化协调发展的重要因素;第三,居民休闲消费水平的快速增长体现了城市休闲化以提升居民生活水平为根本点的特征。

Urban recreationalization is a form of urban development in the post-industrial era. The level of urban recreationalization is related to the coordinated development of leisure-related elements. Constructing an evaluation index system and model,this paper analyzes the process and Characteristics of the coordinated development of the urban recreationalization in Shanghai from 1978 to 2013. The results show that the urban recreationalization in Shanghai sees four stages from low to high coordinated development,leisure industry and consumption are the important factors in promoting coordinated development,and the rapid growth of leisure consumption reflects improving living standards as the fundamental feature of urban recreationalization.
