复方阿替卡因在患者口腔种植手术中的麻醉效果及对血压和心率的影响观察

Observation of Anesthetic Effect and Influence on Blood Pressure and Heart Rate on Patients with Dental Implant Operation Treated by Compound Articaine

目的:探讨复方阿替卡因用于口腔种植手术的麻醉效果,及对患者血压和心率的影响。方法:口腔种植手术患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组予盐酸利多卡因麻醉,观察组予复方阿替卡因麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果、麻醉起效时间,两组患者麻醉即刻、术中及术后6 min血压、心率变化,以及药品不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率100.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组麻醉起效时间明显低于低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后6 min时的收缩压、舒张压及心率均较麻醉即刻显著降低(P<0.05);且观察组患者术中、术后6 min的收缩压、舒张压及心率均显著低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。观察组药品不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方阿替卡因用于口腔种植手术中效果显著,具有重要临床研究价值。

Objective： To discuss the anesthetic effect and the influence on blood pressure and heart rate on pa- tients with dental implant operation treated by compound articaine Methods： 60 patients with dental implant operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases each. The control group was anaesthetized by lidocaine hydrochloride, and the observation group was anaesthetized by compound articaine. The anesthesia effect, anesthesia onset time, and the blood pressure, heart rate of patients on instantly anesthesia, intraoperative and postoperative 6 min of the two groups were compared, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group （100.00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.00% ,P 〈 0.05）. In obser- vation group, the average onset time of anesthesia were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups on postoperative 6 min were significantly lower than those of instantly anes- thesia （P 〈 0.05）. Patients in the observation group, blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate on intraopera- tive and postoperative 6 min were significantly lower than the same period in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions observation group was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Compound Art- icaine for oral implant surgery, the effect is significant and this method has important clinical research values.
