传统的高速公路项目工程的管理模式存有缺陷,大多只在施工阶段重视对工程实体的质量管理。基于这一点,应用全过程全面管理模式优化传统管理模式,改进高速公路管理的方式和效率。分析了行业管理、建设市场等几个方面对质量管理的影响,形成横向的全面质量管理;对建设周期的各个阶段进行分析研究,形成纵向的质量管理模式。

The management modes of the traditional expressway projects have the faults. The most pay attention to the quality management of engineering entity only in the construction stage. Based on it, the overall management mode of whole process is used to optimize the traditional management mode, and improve the mode and efficiency of expressway management. The article analyzes the influence of industrial management and construction market on quality management to form the transverse overall quality management, and analyzes and studies each stage of construction period to form the longitudinal quality management mode.
