Treatment for recurrent aphthous ulcer with low level laser therapy

摘要 复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)是最常见的口腔黏膜疾病。目前尚无根治RAU的特效方法,均以减轻症状为首选。局部治疗发现低能量激光照射对治疗RAU有明显效果,具有抗炎、促进伤口愈合、缓解疼痛和生物刺激效应等一系列作用。目前低能量激光疗法(LLLT)作为一种替代传统用药的方法被国内外共识。 Recurrent aphthous ulcer is the most common oral mucosal disease. Currently, there is no definitive meth- ods for RAU, so alleviating the symptoms is commonly used as the first choice. Low level laser shining is found to have a significant effect on RAU in local therapy, such as anti-in- flammation, promoting wound healing, pain relief and biologi- cal stimulation. It is suggested that low level laser therapy (LLLT) can be used as an alternative traditional medicine in the world.
