Laser application in oral and maxillofacial surgery

激光在口腔颌面外科中的应用日益广泛,按照激光对组织产生的作用是否可逆可分为高能量激光应用和低能量激光应用。高能量激光应用包括软组织切除、硬组织手术、血管瘤和静脉畸形治疗、口腔肿瘤的光动力疗法等;低能量激光应用包括炎症控制、止痛、促进创伤愈合和缓解肌肉疲劳等。

Laser application is increasingly widespread in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. It can be divided into high-level laser application and low-level laser applica- tion on the basis of its effect on the target tissues. High-level laser application includes excision of soft tissue, operation of hard tissue, treatment of hemangioma and venous malforma- tion, photodynamic therapy of oral cancer, and the low-level laser application includes inflammation control, analgesia, wound healing promotion, and muscle fatigue alleviation.
