影响气雾漆光泽度因素的探讨

Discussion on Influence Factors of Aerosol Paint Gloss

为了解气雾漆光泽度与其影响因素的相互关系,便于指导各种光泽度气雾漆调色打样。重点探讨消光粉用量、颜料种类、颜基比和增塑剂用量对气雾漆光泽度的影响。结果表明：增加消光粉（OK500）用量,涂料的黏度变稠,涂膜透明度和光泽度下降;消光粉用量相同时,光泽度由高到低为：光油〉白色气雾漆〉黑色气雾漆;丙烯酸气雾漆不适用于制备高固体分气雾漆;增塑剂用量为0~2%时,增加其用量,可提高涂膜的柔韧性、附着力、耐冲击性和光泽度。

In order to understand the relationship between aerosol paint gloss and impact factor and instruct color blending and proofing of various gloss aerosol paints, this paper mainly studied the influence of the extinction powder dosage, kinds of pigment, pigment-and-binder ratio and plasticizer content on the aerosol paint gloss. The results showed that, increased extinction powder （OK500） dosage can make the paint viscosity thickened and the film transparency and gloss decreased. In case the dosage of the extinction powder is the same, the gloss was in the following order （from high to low）： light oil gloss 〉 white aerosol paint 〉 black aerosol paint. Acrylic acid aerosol paint is not suitable for the production of high solid aerosol paint. When the content of plasticizer was 0-2%, the increase of plasticizer is helpful to improve the flexibility, adhesion, impact resistance and gloss of the coating film.
