疏风解毒胶囊治疗感冒风热证临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of Shufeng Jiedu capsule on wind-heat cold

目的:观察疏风解毒胶囊对感冒风热证的临床疗效。方法:将我感冒风热证患者按就诊时间随机纳入治疗组和对照组,每组各80例。治疗组予疏风解毒胶囊治疗,4粒/次,3次/d;对照组予快克胶囊治疗,1粒/次,2次/d;3d为一个疗程。观察治疗后2组患者的临床症状恢复情况,比较2组临床疗效,并分析不良反应。结果:治疗3d后,治疗组临床症状评分低于对照组,比较有差异(P<0.05);治疗组愈显率高于对照组,比较有差异(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏风解毒胶囊治疗感冒风热证疗效确切,具有临床推广价值。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect observation of Shufeng Jiedu capsule on wind-heat cold. Meth- ods： Patients with wind-heat cold accepted by our hospital from 2013.6 to 2014.7 were divided in to the treatment group and the control group according to the time and 80 cases in each group. Shufeng Jiedu capsule was used in the treatment group, 4 tablets each time and 3 times each day. Meanwhile compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride capsules was used in the control group, one tablet each time and 2 times each day. 3 days was determine as one period of treatment. Results： Clinical symptom score in treatment group was remarkably lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the markedly effective rate was significantly higher than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） and the adverse reaction was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Shufeng Jiedu capsule has a curative effect on wind-heat cold and has clinical popularization value.
