传统华佗五禽戏对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床疗效观察

To Observe the Clinical Curative Effect of the Traditional Hua Tuo Style Stable Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:观察传统华佗五禽戏对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者临床症状积分及CAT(COPD Assessment test,CAT)评分的影响。方法:将符合入选标准的100例COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组采用一般COPD常规治疗;五禽戏习练组除在对照组常规治疗基础上练习华佗五禽戏6个月,2组分别于实验前、实验6个月后做临床症状积分和CAT量表评分。结果:2组治疗前后临床症状积分和CAT评分结果比较,五禽戏习练组治疗后改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:传统华佗五禽戏习练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床症状改善、提高生活质量有积极作用。

Objective： To observe the traditional Huatuo Wuqinxi on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in stable phase in patients with clinical symptoms score and cat （COPD assessment test, cat） score of influence. Methods： selected 100 cases with COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 50 cases. Control group was treated with conventional treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）; practicing Wuqinxi group except in the control group based on the routine treatment of practicing Huatuo Wuqinxi six months, two groups respectively before the experiment, experiment 6 months after doing clinical symptom score and cat volume scale. Results： before and after treat- ment in the two groups clinical symptom score and cat score results, after practicing Wuqinxi treatment group improve sig- nificantly better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： traditional Huatuo Wuqinxi practitioners of improvement of the clinical symptoms of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period, improve the quality of life has a positive effect.
