中药制剂治疗白癜风72例疗效观察

Clinical observation of Chinese materia medica preparation on 72 cases with Vitiligo

目的:探讨中药制剂白癜风Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号治疗的临床疗效。方法:实验组38例患者口服中药Ⅰ号方,每次150m L,口服2次/日,外用中药Ⅱ号方外涂患处,2次/日;对照组34例患者给予白癜风胶囊4片,口服2次/日,复方卡力孜然酊外涂患处,2次/日,连续治疗3个月(1个疗程),治疗结束后进行疗效评价。结果:试验组有效率为87%,对照组有效率为82%。结论:自制白癜风Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号方,内服外用联合治疗有确切疗效。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Chinese materia medica preparation Vitiligo No. Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Methods： The experimental group of 38 patients with oral Vitiligo No. Ⅰ on each 150 m L,orally 2 times/day,external use Vitiligo No. Ⅱ on the affected part 2 times/day; the control group of 34 patients with Vitiligo given four Vitiligo capsules orally 2 times/day,compound tincture card force cumin coated with the lesion,2 times/day for 3 months of treatment（one course）,efficacy evaluation was done after the end of treatment. Results：The effective rate in the treatment group was 87% and the control group was 82%. Conclusion： Self-made Vitiligo No. Ⅰ and Ⅱ,a combination of internal and external using,has an exact curative.
