自拟熏洗方治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床观察

The clinical observation of the proposed fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的：探讨自拟熏洗方治疗膝关节炎的疗效。方法：将门诊治疗的1~3期的膝骨关节炎患者62例,随机分组为治疗组和对照组,治疗组以自拟熏洗方熏洗,对照组给予塞来昔布加盐酸氨基葡萄糖口服,均连续随访3周,1次/周,并根据随访结果均给予相应的封闭治疗,3周时统计VAS评分和封闭总药量。结果：治疗组3周时随访的VAS评分为1.68±0.93,对照组的VAS评分为1.63±0.88,2组治疗结果无明显统计学差异（P〉0.05）;而治疗组的后期封闭药物总剂量为2.52±1.02,对照组封闭药物总剂量为3.87±1.45,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于膝关节骨关节炎,治疗组和对照组均有良好效果,但是对照组药物的应用存在相关的禁忌及相关的并发症,且封闭的次数和封闭点较多、封闭药物总剂量较大,而治疗组应用封闭次数及药物总剂量则较少,且外用中药副作用小,无明显的禁忌,适于推广。

Objective： To explore the fumigation treatment the curative effect of knee osteoarthritis.Method：The 62 cases of outpatients with knee osteoarthritis（1-3 period of Kellgren and Lawreene）,randomized into treatment group and control group,The treatment group given the fumigation,the control group given celecoxib ＋ glucosamine hydrochloride,Were followed up for 3 weeks in a row,once a week,and both give Local closed therapy according to the results of the follow-up treatment,statistical VAS score and the total doses.Result： Treatment group 3 weeks follow-up VAS score was 1.68±0.93,the control of VAS score was1.63±0.88,no significant statistical differences between two groups of treatment results,but the treatment group total dose was 2.52±1.02 enclosed drugs,control group total dose was 3.87±1.45 enclosed drugs,have significant statistical difference.Conclusions： For knee osteoarthritis,the curative effect of treatment group and control group all have good results,But the control group of drugs related to the application of taboo and related complications,and times,number of point,the total dose of closed therapy were more than the treatment group,more than this,external use traditional Chinese medicine in treament group with small side effects,no obvious taboo,so the method suitable for promotion.
