中药足浴辅助治疗高血压临床护理观察

Clinical nursing observation of Chinese herbal medicine foot bath treatment hypertension

目的:观察中药足部泡洗辅助治疗及正确护理高血压的临床效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组各30例,对照组采用高血压的常规治疗及护理,干预组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟中药方足浴,并施以专业的足浴护理,以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后进行血压、症状的疗效评定。结果:干预组降压疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药足浴辅助治疗高血压效果较好,且操作简便安全,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。

objective： to observe the foot soaking and the clinical effects of auxiliary treatment and proper care of hyperten- sion. Methods： a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of 30 cases in the control group using convention- al treatment and nursing care of hypertension intervention group control group with self-made based on Chinese medicine foot bath and subjected to professional foot bath care, for 1 to 4-week courses, 1 after the treatment for blood pressure, symptoms assessed. Results： antihypertensive efficacy of the intervention group was significantly better than the control group, there was a statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese herbal medicine foot bath treatment high blood pressure is better, and the operation is simple, safe and easily accepted by patients, and clinical applications.
