摘要
为满足自动控制技术发展及开采复杂地质条件煤层对采煤机机械系统高可靠性的要求,分析了影响我国电牵引采煤机机械系统方面可靠性提高的主要因素,如大型复杂铸造壳体强度和刚度不足、关键元部件基础理论研究不足和轴承工作游隙不达标、职能部件保护不足等,提出了提高机械系统可靠性而采取的相应可行措施。
In order to satisfy high reliability requirement for the mechanical system of the shearer due to development of automatic control technology and exploitation of complicated coal seams, the paper analyzed major factors affecting reliability improvement of the mechanical system in the electric traction shearer, which involved insufficient strength and rigidity of large complex casting shells, the lack of basic theory research on key components, unqualified bearing working clearance and inadequate protection of functional components. It also put forward corresponding feasible measures to improve the reliability of the mechanical system.
