摘要
建立了挖掘机的液力变矩器及柴油发动机外特性模型,推导出液力传动系动力匹配的数学计算公式,并给出一种工程上实用的匹配计算方法和优化目标评价参数。将发动机和液力变矩器进行合理的匹配,以满足挖掘机对动力性和燃油经济性的要求。通过实际产品的全功率和部分功率匹配计算,验证了发动机和液力变矩器数学模型以及二者匹配计算方法的正确性。
After establishing the external characteristic model of the hydraulic torque converter and the diesel engine in excavator, the paper deduced mathematical calculation formula for power matching of hydraulic transmission system, and provided a practical matching calculation method and evaluation parameters of objective optimization. Reasonable matching of the engine and the hydraulic torque converter met the requirements of the power and the fuel economy of the excavator. Actual matching calculation of full power and partial power verified the correctness of the mathematical model of the engine and the hydraulic torque converter as well as their matching calculation method.
