摘要
根据长距离平面转弯带式输送机的设计原理,对其转弯段进行受力分析,得出了输送机转弯半径的几种校核方法及实现转弯运行的几种主要措施,利用转弯段主要几何尺寸布置输送机的合理转弯位置。随着平面转弯技术的日趋成熟,可进一步优化长距离带式输送机输送系统,降低设备的投资和运行成本,提高经济效益。
According to the design principle of the long-distance plane turning belt conveyor, the paper analyzed the stress of the conveyor at tuming section, and obtained several methods of checking the turning radius of the conveyor and main measures of realizing turning operation. In addition, it applied main geometric dimension of the turning section to reasonably layout the turning section of the conveyor. With the gradual maturity of plane tuming technology, the long-distance plane turning belt conveyor could be further optimized, so as to decrease the investment and operation cost and increase the economic efficiency.
