摘要
为了提高可伸缩带式输送机液压卷带装置的卷带效率,方法之一就是实现输送带带扣的自动识别。输送带带扣自动识别系统利用传感器识别带扣,通过计算输送带制动位移来确定传感器安装位置及工作原理,实现智能的带扣自动识别。此设计可大大提高卷带效率和自动化程度,降低工人的劳动强度。
In order to enhance the belt-winding efficiency of the hydraulic belt-winding device of the telescopic belt conveyor, automatic recognizing the belt buckle is one means. In the belt buckle automatic recognition system, the sensor was applied to recognition of the belt buckle, and after calculation of the belt braking displacement, the mounting location and the working principle of the sensor were determined, so as to realize the automatic recognition of belt buckle. The system was contributive to great enhance of belt-winding efficiency and automation level as well as decrease of labor intensity of workers.
