摘要 在剖分式磨机大齿圈的制造过程中,不同制造阶段的齿坯质量均有不同,所用超级螺母的预紧力和预紧力矩需随之而改变,这就要求对不同工况下的超级螺母进行预紧力控制。根据超级螺母的工作原理,结合超级螺母的预紧力与预紧力矩及工作载荷的关系式,推导出了在保证剖分式磨机大齿圈可靠紧固联接前提下的超级螺母的预紧力计算公式。在此基础上,结合现场实际情况,给出了超级螺母的预紧力矩系数,以及其在不同工况下的最大预紧力,为超级螺母的实际应用提供了可靠的数据支持。 In the process of manufacturing the split gear ring of the mill, the mass of the gear ring blank was different at various stage, so the preload and the pretightening torque of the super-nut need varying accordingly, which requires to control the preload of the super-nut in various modes. According to the working principle of the super-nut, in combination with the functional formula of preload, pretightening torque of the super-nut and working load, the paper deduced the calculation formula of the preload of the super-nut in the premise of guaranteeing reliable and tight connection of the split gear ring of the mill. And then, based on actual status of the plant, it provided the pretightening torque coefficient of the super-nut, as well as maximum preload in various modes, which offered reliable data support for actual application of the super-nut.
