摘要
城市体育服务综合体是以大型体育建筑设施为基础,融体育、休闲、商业等功能于一身的聚集体。江苏发展城市体育服务综合体,是建设体育强省的必然要求。推进江苏城市体育服务综合体健康发展,要坚持以完善老馆为主,注重发挥民营资本力量,鼓励探索多种模式,推动多业态相互促进。在政策措施上,本文建议纳入相关规划,加强统筹管理;出台优惠政策,争取项目扶持;鼓励机制创新,优化运营模式;制订相关标准,提高服务能力;加强交流培训,强化人才支撑。
City Sports Service Complex （CSSC） is based on the large sports building facilities, and integrates sports, leisure, busi- ness and other functions together. Developing CSSC is a requirement for Jiangsu to build sports province. In order to promote CSSC development scientifically, Jiangsu should improve the old stadiums, focus on private capitals, encourage exploration and push for- ward multiple formats. Here are some policy recommendations as following： bring CSSC into line with the city plans and strengthen the overall management; lay down preferential policies and support for the project; encourage the mechanism innovation, optimize the operating mode; formulate standards and improve the service ability; as well as strengthen personnel supports.
