盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索对新生儿感染性肺炎的治疗效果。方法 28例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各14例。对照组实施常规综合疗法,观察组在常规疗法基础上加盐酸氨溴索,对两组患儿临床疗效进行分析。结果对照组治疗总有效率为57.14%,观察组为92.86%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后发热、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿感染性肺炎使用盐酸氨溴索治疗,可以快速控制症状,减轻患儿痛苦,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia. Methods A total of 28 newborns with neonatal infectious pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 14 cases in each group. The control group received conventional comprehensive therapy, and the observation group received additional ambroxol hydrochloride. Clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 57.14%, and that of the observation group was 92.86%. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had shorter disappearance time of fever, cough and rales after treatment than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of ambroxol hydrochloride can quickly control symptoms and reducing pain in treating neonatal infectious pneumonia, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
