吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦对高血压合并糖尿病患者的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦对高血压合并糖尿病患者的效果,为高血压合并糖尿病患者的治疗提供帮助。方法 80例高血压合并糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组使用吲达帕胺治疗,观察组使用吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦治疗,两组均按要求分别用药,连续观察12周并对两组患者的基本情况进行分析比较。结果治疗后,观察组与对照组患者的血压下降幅度和降压总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的血尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白清除率(UAER)、血肌酐(Scr)下降情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦对高血压合并糖尿病患者的病情控制情况更好,治疗效果较为满意,值得在临床中推广。 Objective To investigate the effect by indapamide combined with valsartan for hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus patients, in order to provide assistance for treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 80 hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received indapamide for treatment, and the observation group received indapamide combined with valsartan for treatment. Both groups were given drugs under requirement. Observation lasted for 12 weeks, and basic statuses of patients were comparatively analyzed. Results After treatment, there were statistically significant differences of decreased level of blood pressure and total effective rate of decompression between the observation group and control group (P〈0.05). The differences of decreased levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), and serum creatinine (Scr) had statistical significance between the two groups (P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Indapamide combined with valsartan can provide good control effect for hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus. This method contains satisfactory curative effect, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
