摘要
目的探讨3.0T磁共振功能成像诊断乳腺癌的价值,为乳腺癌的临床诊断提供理论依据。方法 30例乳腺癌患者及35例乳腺良性病变患者作为研究对象,对患者的磁共振成像(MRI)特征进行分析。结果 30例乳腺癌患者共计39处病灶,其中MRI诊断为恶性共计36处,敏感度为92.3%;35例良性乳腺肿物共计46处病灶,MRI误诊为恶性4处,特异度为91.3%;85处病灶共检查出78处,准确度为91.8%。在磁共振功能成像检查时,良恶性肿块的病灶边界、强化方式、血管、肿大淋巴结、时间-信号强度曲线、ADC图差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3.0T磁共振功能成像对乳腺癌的诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性,尤其对病灶数目、边界、淋巴结转移有重要参考价值。
Objective To investigate value of 3.0T functional magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of breast cancer, in order to provide theoretical reference for clinical diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods There were 30 breast cancer patients and 35 breast benign lesion patients as study subjects. Their magnetic resonance imaging (MR]) characteristics were analyzed. Results There were totally 39 lesions in 30 breast cancer patients, and 36 lesions of them were diagnosed by MRI, with the sensibility as 92.3%. There were totally 46 lesions in 35 benign breast neoplasm cases, and 4 ease of them were misdiagnosed as malignant cases by MRI, with the specificity as 91.3%. A total of 78 lesions were detected among 85 lesions, with the accuracy as 91.8%. There were statistically significant differences of lesion boundary, reinforcement pattern, blood vessel, swelled lymphadenopathy, time-signal intensity curve, and ADC image between benign and malignant mass in MRI examination (P〈0.05). Conclusion 3.0T functional magnetic resonance imaging contains high sensibility and specificity in diagnosis of breast cancer, and it provides important referring value for lesion number, boundary and lymphatic metastasis.
