经阴道缝扎子宫动脉下行支防治前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血的手术配合

Operation cooperation by transvaginal transfixion of uterine artery descending branch for preventing hemorrhage during placenta previa cesarean section

目的研究经阴道缝扎子宫动脉下行支防治前置胎盘患者剖宫产术中出血的手术护理配合。方法分析16例行经阴道缝扎子宫动脉下行支手术的前置胎盘剖宫产术患者的临床护理资料。结果 16例手术患者均手术成功,术后子宫收缩好,出血量少,无一例子宫切除。结论手术室护理人员要有扎实的解剖学知识,熟练地掌握手术步骤,同时要有一定的预见性护理意识和护理措施。减少前置胎盘术中大出血的发生,保证手术的顺利进行,降低孕产妇的死亡率,提高手术质量。

Objective To research operation nursing cooperation by transvaginal transfixion of uterine artery descending branch for preventing hemorrhage during placenta previa cesarean section. Methods Clinical data of 16 placenta previa cesarean section patients with transvaginal transfixion of uterine artery descending branch were analyzed. Results All the 16 patients had successful operation, with good uterine contraction and few bleeding volume. There was no hysterectomy case. Conclusion It is necessary for nursing staff in operating room to have strong anatomical knowledge, skilled operation procedures, and predictive nursing awareness and measures. These can decrease incidence of intraoperative massive haemorrhage in placenta previa, provide successful operation process, reduce mortality rate of pregnant women, and increase operation quality.
