摘要
目的测定氯霉素滴眼液中抑菌剂对大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉的抑菌效力。方法采用微生物学方法 ,根据各间隔时间的菌数1 g值相对于初始值减少程度评价氯霉素滴眼液对细菌、真菌的抑菌效力。结果氯霉素滴眼液对细菌和真菌的抑菌效力均符合规定。结论该方法可有效控制产品的内在质量。
Objective To detect bacteriostatic effect of chloramphenicol eye drops for escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans, and aspergillns niger. Methods The microbiological method and various time-gap colony counting 1 g, compared with original value, were applied to evaluate bacteriostatic effects of chloramphenicol eye drops for bacteria and fungus. Results Bacteriostatic effects of chloramphenicol eye drops for bacteria and fungus were up to specification. Conclusion This method can effectively control immanent quality of products.
