系统化针对性护理对冠脉搭桥术后患者住院期间精神障碍及家庭护理质量的影响

Effect of the systematic and targeted nursing care on the mental disorder and quality of family care during the hospitalization in patients undergoing CABG

目的：探讨系统化针对性护理对冠脉搭桥术后患者住院期间精神障碍的干预效果及家庭护理质量的长期影响。方法：将2012年4月~2014年2月我院进行冠脉搭桥手术治疗的105例患者随机分为观察组53例和对照组52例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行系统化针对性护理。比较两组满意率、焦虑抑郁评分、相关健康行为评分及术后1周内精神症状。结果：观察组满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,焦虑抑郁评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,相关健康行为得分高于对照组（P〈0.05）,精神症状少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：系统化针对性护理对冠脉搭桥术后患者住院期间精神障碍的干预效果较好,对家庭护理质量有较好的改善作用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of the systematic and targeted nursing care on the mental disorder and quality of family care during the hospitalization in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting（CABG）surgery. Methods：105 patients who were treated with CABG surgery in our hospital from April 2012 to February 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group（n = 53） and the control group（n = 52）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the systematic and targeted nursing care was implemented in the observation group,the satisfaction rate,the scores of anxiety and depression,the score of health behavior and mental symptoms of the patients within one week after operation were compared between the two groups. Results：The satisfaction rate was signifi-cantly higher in the observation group than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）;the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）;the score of health behavior was higher in the observation group than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）;the psychiatric symptoms were fewer in the observation group than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The sys-tematic and targeted nursing intervention has better intervention effects on relieving the mental disorder of patients with CABG and on the improvement of quality of family care during the hospitalization.
