摘要
目的:探讨工作环境及心理授权对护士主观幸福感的影响。方法:以直接引用并修改的方式采用护理工作环境量表、心理授权量表、工作满意度量表以及Campbell幸福感量表对某三级甲等医院20~40岁的200名护士进行测评,该医院医疗系统庞大,各科室具体情况不同,因此量表采用折中的方式进行设计。结果:通过量表测评,发现护士整体幸福感不高,与工作满意度相关程度较高(r=0.620,P〈0.01),护理工作环境与心理授权通过工作满意度影响护士幸福感。结论:管理者应通过改善工作环境和合理授权来提高护士主观幸福感。
Objective:To investigate the influence of work environment and psychological empowerment on the subjective well being of nurses. Methods:The work environment scale,psychological empowerment scale,job satisfaction scale and Campbell subjective well being scale were used to make an evaluation on 200 nurses aged from 20 to 40 years old in a certain hospital at the level of grade III class A. Re-sults:The results of evaluation showed that the overall sense of well being is not high and it is correlated with job satisfaction(r = 0. 620, P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion:The hospital manager should improve the subjective well being of the nurses through improving the work environ-ment and reasonable psychological empowerment.
