快速康复外科护理在结直肠癌患者围术期中的应用

Application of fast track surgery nursing in perioperative nursing care of patients with colorectal cancer

目的:探讨快速康复外科护理在结直肠癌患者围术期中的应用方法及效果。方法:将90例胃肠外科行结直肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组给予结直肠癌手术常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予快速康复外科护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率及首次排气时间、首次排便时间、总费用、住院时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理能有效提高患者满意度,减少并发症,促进患者术后康复。

Objective：To explore the application method and effect of track surgery nursing in perioperative nursing care of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods：90 patients who underwent radical surgery for colorectal cancer were divided into the control group and the ob-servation group（45 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observa-tion group were provided fast track surgery nursing,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results：There were statistical-ly significant differences in the comparison of the patientˊs satisfaction with nursing care,the incidence of complications,the first time of a-nal exhaust and defecation of the patients,the total cost and the hospitalization time between the two groups（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Ap-plication of fast track surgery can effectively improve patient satisfaction,reduce complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation of the patients.
