摘要
目的:探讨人工耳蜗植入儿童家长亲职教育需求状况。方法:以120例人工耳蜗植入儿童家长为调查对象,通过问卷调查的形式从家长心理调适、社会资源、家长沟通与社交几方面了解家长亲职教育的需求。结果:人工耳蜗植入儿童家长在心理调适、社会资源以及家长沟通与社交几方面都需要亲职教育,而较好运用亲职教育的家长对患者术后适应过程及成长有较好的影响。结论:人工耳蜗植入儿童家庭亲职教育迫切需要提高,而在社会资源方面尤为迫切,他们希望获得与人工耳蜗植入儿童相关的政策和权益(如免费耳蜗)、语言康复等方面的知识,并由此对患儿的适应及成长产生较好的影响。
Objective:To conduct a survey on the current status of the demand for parental education in parents of children with cochlear implantation. Methods:The parents of 120 children with cochlear implantation were taken as the object of study. The demand of parents for parental education in aspects of psychological adjustment,social resources and communication was investigated through the questionnaire survey. Results:The parents who received parental education had better impact on the course of adaptation and growth of their children after cochlear implantation. Conclusion:The parental education for parents of children with cochlear implantation is urgently needed,particularly in getting social resources. They hope to know and obtain policies and interests related to those children,such as free cochlear and knowl-edge of language rehabilitation.
