The article introduced quality evaluation system of organic trace mineral, expounded the sig- nificance of establishing chelating purity system, and proposed five kinds of common organic trace min- eral detecting method. Combined with the application of organic trace mineral, this article also illustrat- ed the significance of purity in practical application.
