三种酶制剂对温室养殖日本品系中华鳖生长性能的影响

摘要 在基础饲料中分别添加0.02%中性蛋白酶、0.1%非淀粉多糖酶和0.3%包衣复合酶,以基础饲料为对照组饲料,饲喂体重为(223.75±22)g的日本品系中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)28 d,探讨三种酶制剂对温室养殖的中华鳖生长性能的影响。结果表明,添加0.02%中性蛋白酶饲料组的中华鳖增重率、饲料系数明显优于其他组,与对照组相比,其饲料系数降低0.14,增重率增加5.34个百分点;0.1%非淀粉多糖酶饲料组的饲料系数比对照组降低0.1,中华鳖增重率与对照组相当;0.03%包衣复合酶饲料组的饲料系数与对照组相当,中华鳖的增重率比对照组低1.74个百分点;在每只中华鳖日摄食量方面,0.02%中性蛋白酶饲料组和0.1%非淀粉多糖酶饲料组的效果较好,0.03%包衣复合酶饲料组次之,但都与对照组无显著性相关(P>0.05)。综合分析认为,在配合饲料中添加0.02%中性蛋白酶能有效提高中华鳖的生产性能,降低饲料系数。 An 28-day feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of three enzyme prepara-tions on growth performance of greenhouse feeding Pelodiscus sinensis. In the treat groups, basal dietwas added 0.02% neutral protease, 0.1% non-starch polysaccharides enzyme, 0.3% composite enzyme,respectively, and the basal diet in the control group wasn't added enzyme preparation. The resultsshowed that 0.02% neutral protease could significantly reduce the feeding rate and improve feed coeffi-cient, and the feed coefficient reduced 0.14 and the body weight gain rate increased 5.34 percentagepoints. Compared with the control group, 0.1% non-starch polysaccharide enzymes reduced 0.1 in thefeed coefficient and had no difference in the weight gain rate; 0.03% composite enzyme had no differ-ence in the feed coefficient, but the weight gain rate reduced 1.74 percentage points. The effects of0.02% neutral protease and 0.1% non-starch polysaccharide enzymes were better, but there were nosignificant differences compared with the control group on the daily feed intake. These results clearlyindicated that 0.02% neutral protease could improve growth performance of Pelodiscus sinensis ingreenhouse feeding.
