从动物营养学发展趋势看饲料科技创新思路 被引量:5

Ideas for feed technical innovations based on the prediction of future animal nutrition science

摘要 动物营养学的进步推动和支撑了饲料工业的发展。但传统动物营养学存在诸多不足,特别是养分在体内的代谢转化仍然是黑匣子,解开这些黑匣子是未来动物营养学的发展方向。只有动物营养学在理论上取得新的突破,饲料工业才能实现技术创新。文章总结了传统动物营养学存在的四个主要问题,分析了未来发展的五个领域,强调以营养要素及其结构、肠道微生物及其代谢、宿主代谢三个层面的互作为核心的系统营养学的发展趋势。在此基础上提出了六项饲料科技创新内容。文章提出了几个新概念,如营养源、营养结构、抗病营养、功能饲料,供大家讨论。 The progress of animal nutrition science has promoted and been supporting the development of feed industry. However, there still exist many shortcomings for traditional animal nutrition. For ex- ample, the metabolism and conversion of nutrients in the body are still black box. Opening the black box is the aim of future development of animal nutrition science. Only when animal nutrition science makes a theoretical breakthrough can technical innovation be realized for feed industry. This article summarizes four main shortcomings for traditional animal nutrition science, and then predicts its future development in five areas with emphasis on systematic animal nutrition science, the core content of which is the interactions among three aspects of nutritional key factors and structure, intestinal micro- flora and their metabolism, and host metabolism. At last six technical innovations are proposed for fu- ture feed industry. A few new concepts are proposed in this article, such as nutrient source, nutritional structure, disease-resistant nutrition, functional feed for wide discussion.
