摘要 试验旨在研究不同益生菌制剂对黄羽肉鸡免疫系统及肠道菌群的影响。试验选用1日龄黄羽肉鸡180只,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.1%益生菌、0.1%加酶益生菌,试验周期为17周。结果表明,试验组的免疫器官指数、血清免疫抗体效价、体液(血清、气管液和肠液)的生化指标和肠道有益菌数量均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。加酶试验组的效果尤佳。 To study the effects of different probiotic-preparation on immune system and intestinal flora of Yellow-feathered broiler, 180 healthy one-day-age Yellow-feathered broilers were chosen and ran- domly divided into three groups. Each group had three repeats, with each repeat of 20 chickens. The control group was fed with the basal diet, while the experiment groups were fed with the basal diet sup- plemented with 0.1% probiotic-preparation and 0.1% enzymatic probiotic-preparation respectively. The test lasted for 17 weeks. Results showed that the immune organ index, antibody titer, body fluids (serum, tracheal mucus, intestinal fluid ) biochemical indexes and intestinal microflora of experiment group were higher than the control group (P〈0.05). The effect of enzymatic probiotic-preparation was better than the probiotic-preparation.
